Cisco Webex provides a REST API for communication and collaboration, including managing rooms, messages, people, teams, memberships, webhooks, and meetings. Authentication uses OAuth 2.0 Bearer tokens or personal access tokens. Note: The Webex developer portal (developer.webex.com) uses JS rendering and was not fully scrapable; this spec covers the documented core API resources. The setup above keeps your agent separate from the instance, which is what you want before using real credentials: an agent running as the same OS user as Jentic One can read its stored keys directly.
